Shipping & Processing
At ychStudio LLC every order is prepared with care. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment after your order is placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekends and postal holidays are not included in processing times.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Shipping Options
We currently offer shipping within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $8 — estimated 3–5 business days
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders of $25 or more — estimated 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: $15 — estimated 1–2 business days
Shipping time estimates begin once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays
ychStudio LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us at hello@ychstudio.shop, and we’ll be happy to help where we can.
Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. ychStudio is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order ships.
