Returns & Refunds
At ychStudio, we want you to be happy with the things you bring into your everyday life. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.
To begin a return, please contact us at returns@ychstudio.shop before sending anything back. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and let you know what to do next.

Please do not send a return to this address until your return has been approved.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons unrelated to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be shared equally between you and ychStudio, unless we agree otherwise.
Your portion of the return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount of your refund or, when applicable, from the store credit issued for your return.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it. In these situations, ychStudio will work with you to resolve the issue and will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully prepare each order before it makes its way to you, but sometimes things happen along the journey.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For damaged or defective items, clear photographic proof is required. Please email photos of the affected item(s) to returns@ychstudio.shop. When applicable, please include photos of the packaging as well. This helps us understand what happened and determine the best way to make things right.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us before sending it back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Exceptions & Final-Sale Items
We want our return policy to be simple and fair. However, some items are not eligible for return.
These may include:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital products, if applicable
- Gift cards
- Items specifically marked “All Sales Are Final”
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items that are not returned in their original condition
Sale items are eligible for return unless they are specifically marked “All Sales Are Final.”
Items marked “All Sales Are Final” may include liquidation or clearance items.

Exchanges
At this time, ychStudio does not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, you may request a return for your eligible item. Once we receive and approve the returned item, we’ll issue the applicable refund or store credit, when applicable, according to this policy.
You can then use your store credit toward a new purchase, if store credit is offered for your particular return.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact us at returns@ychstudio.shop, and we’ll be happy to look into it with you.
